Arkansas Hmong Association Inc. is looking to sponsor a local Arkansas resident to compete and represent Arkansas during the Fresno Hmong New Year pageant this year. Anyone interested may contact Hmong Association Inc. on their Facebook page or by clicking here.
Fresno Hmong New 2022-2023 will be held at the Fresno Fairgrounds starting December 29th, 2022, through January 1st, 2023. For more information on the event, click here.
